- 6th May 2019 – Melrose Park Community Cup Golf Day and Dinner event raised over $71,000

Over the three years it has been running, the event has raised more than of $200,000, with all funds shared between the participating community organisations. This year, the annual event raised $71,000 for local community groups and saw a record number of players tee up for the tournaments biggest attendance yet. A total of 132 players took part in the 18-hole golfing tournament with 250 guests enjoying the fun evening of good food and entertainment.

New communities in Sydney are expected to meet the 30 minute city rule – that is, creating new communities which are within 30 minutes of work, home, shops and recreational opportunities. PAYCE Director Mr Dominic Sullivan believes major community renewal should raise the bar and shoot for a five minute connected city. Mr Sullivan stated that Sydney is well poised to create world class modern communities that are connected, productive, liveable and smart. “A connected place provides a superior experience for residents and visitors alike, and can lead to better social, health and sustainability outcomes.”

- 9th April 2019 - Kick Start Cafe comes to Melrose Park to feed the residents

Social enterprise Kick Start Cafe has been officially launched at Melrose Park to cater for workers on the Melrose Park North urban renewal project and local communities. Minister for Skills, Tertiary Education and Member for Parramatta - Geoff Lee, officially launches the Melrose Park Kick Start Café for the local community and sporting bodies. Twelve trainees have graduated to date and a further three trainees are currently working in the mobile food trailer located on the corner of Wharf Road and Victoria Road. Kick Start Cafe is a social enterprise of the PAYCE Foundation, which is the philanthropic arm of leading property and investment company PAYCE.

- 28th July 2015 - Thrust Vector Crowned F1 School Champs

The F1 in Schools is a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) initiative in which teams from 44 countries around the globe compete for the fastest F1 model racing car using advanced technologies such as CAD and 3D Printing. PAYCE Director, Dominic Sullivan said PAYCE was pleased to support the Blue Mountains Grammar team. The team had wins in the regional finals and then the state finals. The five-member team is now going on to compete at the World Championships in Abu Dhabi later this year.

The PAYCE developed Vivid apartments at South Village, Kirrawee, has Reversed the softening Sydney property market trend by selling out in just one month after release. The 63 apartments were sold including eleven 1-bedroom, forty-seven 2-bedroom and five 3-bedroom apartments prices ranged from $584,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment to $995,000 for a 3 bedroom apartment. The South Village apartments includes 779 apartments which have panoramic views in all directions across the Sutherland Shire, including views over the Royal National Park, the waters of Botany Bay and the Sydney CBD skyline.

- 6th March 2019 - PAYCE launch free bus service for Melrose Park

A a free community bus service providing a direct link between Melrose Park and Meadowbank Railway Station known as the Melrose Park Rider was commenced by PAYCE this week. PAYCE Director Dominic Sullivan said the service operates weekdays to the station during the morning peak and from the station to Melrose Park in the afternoon peak. The bright green eco-friendly bus holds 26 passengers and features an ultra-low floor design with an easy accessible wheelchair ramp. Stopping at existing bus stops along the route from 6:30am to 9:30am and 3:30pm to 6:30 pm in the afternoon, Monday to Friday.
