PAYCE partners with industry leading professionals in the fields of architecture, engineering, landscape design, construction, technology, transport planning and interior design to develop landmark projects like the internationally-acclaimed East Village at Zetland.

Following the success of the company’s transformation of Wentworth Point, PAYCE has also showcased its urban-renewal credentials at Riverwood, in Sydney’s south-west, partnering with the NSW Government to turn a run-down social housing block into a vibrant new community where social housing and private residents live side by side. The project is an internationally recognised, public private partnership delivering significant social outcomes.

PAYCE is also proud of its achievements at another major urban renewal at Melrose Park in the heart of Sydney. This transformational project will meet the 30-minute concept, with plans for new parks, retail facilities, including restaurants and cafes and transport infrastructure connections.

TRANSFORMING PLACES

 

PAYCE is a recognised leader in the development of major urban renewal projects in Sydney.

We are experts in designing and creating new integrated and sustainable precincts which deliver the best in liveability and connectivity.

A key element in our major projects is a high quality retail offering.

PAYCE’s first major urban renewal project was undertaken at Homebush Bay West, now known as Wentworth Point. Once an industrial site, it is now a thriving community with modern apartments, a mix of retail outlets including restaurants and cafes and access to some of the best recreation facilities in Sydney. 

At Zetland, PAYCE transformed an industrial site into the mixed use precinct, East Village, an award winning project combining retail, residential and commercial use.

More recently, PAYCE with its partners, turned the old brickworks site at Kirrawee into South Village, which includes a major retail complex.

PAYCE is also proud of its achievements at another major urban renewal at Melrose Park in the heart of Sydney. PAYCE was responsible for delivering the new masterplan for Australia’s most exciting new urban precinct.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

 

PAYCE has a long history of philanthropy, which was formalised in 2016 with the establishment of the PAYCE Foundation. The PAYCE Foundation believes that disadvantage or misfortune should not prevent a person from reaching their potential and living a good quality of life.

The PAYCE Foundation focuses its work on some of the most pressing social problems facing society, including drug and alcohol addiction, mental health, domestic violence and homelessness.

It uses an innovative approach of direct partnership with select charities which are leaders in their field, including the Sydney Street Choir, St Merkorious, Thread Together and alcohol and drug rehabilitation program Adele House.
