Gail force winds couldn’t keep the Crows Nest community from enjoying an afternoon with family at The Albany’s newly completed retail precinct over the weekend.
Guests were treated to complementary food and drink provided by local vendors as well as live music and a face painter for the kids.
PAYCE Director Dominic Sullivan said it was a day for the community to engage with local retailers and enjoy the what The Albany has to offer.
“It’s been a great day all round, despite the cold there is an excitement in the air.”
“The Albany retail district adds to the already thriving village life of Crows Nest, it really is one of the best locations of Sydney’s North Shore,” Mr Sullivan said.
Completed and fully furnished apartments were on display to the public showcasing the sophisticated design work from Turner Studio and Nettletontribe.
“Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed to take in plenty of natural light and have been fitted with expectational materials.
“We’ve had an overwhelming amount of interest in the newly furnished, two-bedroom apartment fronting Atchison Street, we’d expect that to sell in the coming weeks,” Mr Sullivan Said.
