PAYCE Director Dominic Sullivan has congratulated Sekisui House Australia on its recent industry awards.

Sekisui House Australia won four awards at the annual UDIA ceremony including best Master-planned Community and best Mixed-use Development for its Central Park project in inner Sydney.

It also won the best Urban Renewal category at the NSW Urban Taskforce awards for its West Village project in Brisbane.

PAYCE has been a long-term joint venture partner with Sekisui House over the past 10 years, which includes their latest landmark project at Melrose Park.

“Sekisui House has an enviable record around the globe in developing exciting new communities and we are pleased to have them as our partner on Sydney’s largest urban renewal project at Melrose Park,” Mr Sullivan said.
