Mixed tenure residential project Harts Landing has chalked up another award – winning Leading Housing Development Project at the Australasian Housing Institute Awards in Darwin.
The project located at Penrith in Sydney’s west is a collaboration between Evolve Housing and PAYCE.
The project is unique with its 134 affordable and social housing apartments in the 268 apartment complex.
PAYCE Director Dominic Sullivan said the project not only delivered mixed-tenure housing but also an integrated community.
“Harts Landing has set a benchmark on how community housing providers and the private sector can work together to deliver a superior outcome for residents,” he said.
“Congratulations to our partner Evolve – another much deserved accolade.’’
Other awards for the project include the 2018 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Affordable Housing.
