There will be a nail biting finish to this year’s Porsche PAYCE Carrera Cup at Surfers Paradise, Queensland following an action-packed weekend of racing at Mount Panorama, Bathurst.
Jordan Love now leads the championship after trailing by 200 points just six weeks ago following an injury.
In a remarkable effort, the Bob Jane T-Marts driver has edged out his teammate Dale Wood thanks to winning the last six races.
He leads Wood by just two points, with PAYCE driver David Wall in third place on 837 points.
Love was quick around Bathurst last year, but grabbing the championship lead was the icing on the cake after an interrupted season.
