Overwhelming demand for apartments in stage one of Platinum at Victoria Park has prompted the early release of its second and final stage.
The developer, PAYCE, has announced it will bring forward the launch of the remaining 142 apartments in Platinum to February 23. It follows the first stage (180 apartments) almost completely selling out within three months.
Platinum is replicating the popularity of PAYCE’s earlier developments at Victoria Park – Apex and East Village – which also sold out quickly.
Platinum comprises five buildings, each with its own identity and colour scheme. One reflects the colours of the park opposite, one has been inspired by the sunset, and another is inlaid with golden ‘jewels’ and topped with a penthouse ‘crown’. Collectively they have a bold yet cohesive character.
Platinum is strategically located at Zetland, adjacent to the Eastern Distributor, 3 kilometres from the CBD.
Apartments will be within the 15-storey Platinum Tower or an inter-connecting eight storey high building. Apartments on upper floors of the tower will gain excellent views, ranging from the Sydney CBD to Mascot Airport.
Platinum has been designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Nick Turner with interiors by Koichi Takada.
