Officially opened on 22 October 2014, East Village is a one-of-a-kind retail and lifestyle experience inspired by some of the worlds’ most authentic and vibrant urban marketplaces, from Chelsea Markets in New York to Barcelona’s Boqueria, which cater equally to locals and visitors.

East Village combines the best elements of a marketplace with the design sophistication of a modern retail centre – just 3 km from the Sydney CBD, in a safe convenient environment and with more than 690 on-site parking bays. The centre features a new concept store Coles Supermarket, Virgin Active Health Club, Audi Australia Service Centre, Medical Centre and 50 Specialty shops including restaurants, cafes, bank and fresh food market place. East Village is the heartbeat of the vibrant Victoria Park, Zetland community.

At East Village PAYCE is proud to embrace the Sustainable Sydney 2030 Blueprint and use a number of initiatives to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design rating.
