Martin Place was treated to a special event this month when the Sydney Street Choir teamed with choirs from Sydney’s corporate world to perform at the inaugural Sydney Street Choir Corporate Challenge as part of 2017 National Homelessness Week.

The event was the first public initiative of the PAYCE FOUNDATION and aimed to raise awareness around homelessness and social disadvantage in our community as well as supporting the Sydney Street Choir to help engage a case-worker for the Choir.

The PAYCE Foundation would like to thank PAYCE, Price Waterhouse Coopers, AMP and APA choir members for participating in the initiative and hope they all return to support the event next year.

A special acknowledgment to the passionate supporter of the Sydney Street Choir, Deni Hines for graciously giving her time to join in the rehearsals, as well as appearing a guest solo artist on the day.

Thank you Homelessness NSW and City of Sydney for supporting the event.
