Harts Landing is an integrated, mixed-tenure residential project, developed in collaboration with Evolve Housing, a community housing provider.

Harts Landing is unique with 134 affordable and social housing apartments in the 268 apartment complex. All apartments feature the same high level of quality build and fit out.

This innovative, sustainable housing model consists of three buildings, two of which are u-shaped, rising nine storeys above a podium level of common areas. Residents share gardens and barbeque areas to encourage engagement between neighbours.

Located 100 metres from Penrith railway station, Harts Landing is within walking distance to a wide choice of Penrith’s current and planned retail and transport services.

The project has won a number of prestigious housing awards, including the 2018 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Affordable Housing.
